Our olive groves are located on hills above the seaside town of Ermioni in the Peloponnese, Greece. Our olive varieties are Greek, Italian, and Spanish because, at heart, we are not EVOO nationalists, but EVOO perfectionists.
Our vision is
to establish a world-class olive oil estate
to produce a range of exceptional organic extra virgin olive oils with distinct organoleptic characteristics
to advance the use of olive oil in gastronomy
Our Topos
& Olive Oil Mill
In Greek,
“topos” means
land of origin
Our chosen topos are the scenic hills above the ancient town of Ermioni, which offer optimal growing conditions. Our 80-acre olive groves are planted with 3500 olive trees of the best indigenous Greek and Mediterranean olive cultivars
Adhering to our “grove to table” philosophy, we decided to build our olive oil mill close to our olive groves. We are incorporating cutting-edge technology for extracting the best of nature, preserving the olives' beneficial properties.
