Embark on
the new journey
of olive oil

In our search for the ideal “topos” for our venture, we became enchanted by the Ermionida peninsula.

A magnificent natural area that stole our hearts, and where we decided to locate our estate. The scenic hills above the ancient town of Ermioni offer optimal growing conditions due to low rainfalls, so the area is ideally suited for the cultivation of indigenous Greek olive cultivars along with selected Mediterranean varieties.

Just a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Athens, the peninsula of Ermionida is surrounded by the gulf of Argolida and the Myrtoon Pelagos (sea). The fresh sea breeze blowing across from the historic islands of Spetses and Hydra further enhances the fertility of the soil.
A utopia is an imagined, idealized place that possesses highly desirable or nearly perfect qualities for its inhabitants.
In our ootopia, we have created the ideal place where we can produce our olive oil, welcome our friends, further and deepen our knowledge of the earth and its treasures, and train a community of connoisseurs.
Harmony

In this place we try to achieve perfect harmony of body and soul, by ingeniously engaging all our senses and actions.

Our guests are welcome to walk around the area, smell the thyme and oregano, feast their eyes on the beautiful scenery and feel the sea breeze on their faces.

Our olive mill facilities (currently due for construction) , designed carefully in order to fully align with the environment, in keeping with our philosophy of using state-of-the-art technology, but only as a means to preserve nature and extract the best out of it, never to alter it. Not to mention that our visitors can even participate in the harvest, take olive oil tasting lessons, and end their day by enjoying a glass of wine and a revitalizing meal, prepared by our chefs.
